The Openfibre technician is being dispatched from our vendor to run further investigations on this link as we are still observing it as down. An ETA has been requested and we will share this once available.

Openfibre technicians are currently repairing a fault whereby the fibre has been damaged, and there is no slack for repair. Teams are in the process of diverting the link to available spare fibre cabling to restore.

Technicians are currently on site, but due to heavy rain, they have paused their investigation. They will continue localizing the issue once the rain lets up.
