OpenFibre technicians have begun localizing the fault on-site and have advised that they will share progressive updates once made available. We will continue to follow up and provide an ETR once this is shared.

Kindly be advised that Open Fibre technicians have been assigned to investigate further and the ETA provided is for 18/03/2026 @18:00pm, please be advised that they have pushed back on the ETA
and requested a revised ETA. They will share further feedback and a revised ETA as soon as it has been made available
