Octotel technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.

Update (04/07/2023 @ 10:41): Octotel technicians are currently on site inspecting the fibre that has been damaged by an independent contractor. The damaged cabled will have to be replaced and re-spliced. There is still no ETR.

Update (04/07/2023 @ 13:48) Octotel technicians have commenced with the fibre resplicing to restore connectivity to those affected customers. ETR for complete restoration: 4 hours

Update (04/07/2023 @ 16:00) Octotel engineers have completed the temporary repairs to the fibre infrastructure as the construction site is still active and could result in additional damage. The customers in the affected roads connections are restored.
If you still have no connection , please reboot the fibre ONT (box) and your router and test your connection.
