Octotel is currently experiencing the following issue:

Impact: Customers may experience no / intermittent connectivity.

 

Octotel technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.

We are observing services for Plett, Knysna, and Sedgefield aggregation nodes restored at the moment.

Restoration efforts on the Eden outage continue, however we have no ETA at present. Next update to follow at 21:00. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused . More updates to follow.

 The fault affecting connectivity to Plett, Knysna, and Sedgefield aggregation nodes has partially been isolated.Engineers continue to work on restoring services. . More updates to follow.

Partner provider technicians are working on restoring connectivity between PE and Linton Grange.No ETR is available as yet.. More updates to follow.
