Metro Fibre is currently experiencing the following issue:

Affected Area/s:  Montana 

Impact: Customers may experience no connectivity. 

 

Metro Fibre  technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.

 Please restart your devices and contact our Support Team should you still experience connection issues.

 

Update(13/11/2025 @ 15:34):

MetroFibre team is doing everything they can to rectify this issue as quickly as possible. We want to assure you that we're working tirelessly to restore services and will keep you updated on our progress. We estimate that it will take approximately 5 Hours to repair. Of course, this could change depending on the extent of the damage, but we're doing everything we can to restore services.
