Impact: Customers may experience no connectivity.
Openfibre technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.

Openfibre have confirmed with their vendor that repairs have an ETR of 8 hours.

The ETA for our teams is 90 minutes, they are installing new cable, further updates to follow.

Please be advised that we are currently experiencing a network outage affecting connectivity at the Mall of Mthatha @ BT Ngebs City Mall.
Openfibre technical team is actively investigating the issue and working to restore services as quickly as possible.

Kindly note that we have network failure between two points, primary path is affected link down between Teraco Gauteng to Scottsville and Secondary path from East London to Mthatha.
