Impact: Customers may experience no connectivity.
Open fibre technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.
Update (16/02/2026 @16:03):
The maintenance team has identified a fibre break approximately 26 km along the route. Civil teams are currently en route to the site, and an estimated time of arrival of 45 minutes has been provided.

Kindly note that the techs investigated and found a cable break along the route caused by vandalism. Teams are currently localizing, and further feedback will be shared . More updates to follow.
