Open Fibre's service provider’s field team is currently on-site at the Point of Failure (POF) working to locate slack cables at both ends in order to proceed with splicing.
Given the impact of this incident, Open Fibre has escalated this matter to the vendor’s Executive Committee (Exco) to ensure accelerated attention and resource allocation. They are closely monitoring the progress and will continue to provide with regular updates as restoration work advances.

According to the latest update from Open Fibre's service provider, their field team is on-site at the Point of Failure (POF) and is currently working to locate slack cables at both ends to begin splicing.
