Openfibre technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.

Kindly be advised that our techs are actively working on restoring the services as they are working on the backhaul link that has caused site to drop.

The affected services are impacted by backhaul link 6. Further investigations are currently in progress with the vendor to determine the cause of the disruption.
Openfibre will continue to monitor the situation and provide further updates as soon as more information becomes available.

The fault remains under investigation and is currently pending feedback from Openfibre third party vendor team.
The matter has been escalated to the next level for further investigation and progressive feedback.
