Open Fibre technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.

The Open Fibre team is busy locating the duct under the stormwater pipe. Civils are onsite

Due to this outage, there is no possible re-route of services

The third-party team identified the fault and confirmed that the fiber cable was damaged by the contractor.
