Open fibre is currently experiencing the following issue:

Affected Area/s:Zevenwacht Mall

Impact: Customers may experience no connectivity.

 

Open fibre technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.

 

Update (18/02/2026 @ 10:17):  

 Open fibre confirmed that this outage was resolved on 18/02/2026 @ 10:17. Please restart your devices and contact our Support Team should you still experience connection issues. 

 

Update (18/02/2026 @ 09:33):

Kindly note that techs have tested from the site and are currently localizing. 

 

Update (18/02/2026 @ 08:22):

Technicians are en route to the site with a provided ETA of 09:30. Once intial investigations are done we will be able to provide updates on the cause of the fault and a subsequent ETR.

 

Update (17/02/2026 @ 23:48): 

Kindly be advised that due to access restriction, the teams will only be able to go to site in the morning for further testing as the break has been repaired however the link is still down.

 

Update (17/02/2026 @ 21:06):  

Tech tested a link  from Delft Node, Disconnection Point - 2.11km.

Localizing for the point of break .
