Open Fibre is currently experiencing the following issue:

Openfibre technicians are currently on-site to investigate. Further updates to follow.

Openfibre will await their technician to arrive at their node and perform an initial investigation. Once the technician has localised the issue, we will be pushing for an ETR.

Openfibre engineers are still engaged with our upstream provider to investigate the cause of the one-way traffic issue. We are pushing for resolution and will share further updates once the joint troubleshooting call has concluded.

Open Fibre is still engaged with their upstream provider to restore connectivity. Links are physically online, however no traffic is observed. Deeper investigations are taking place to ensure correct network configurations on both ends.

Open Fibre technicians have tested and confirmed that the link is operational, however no traffic was observed on the link. Further troubleshooting indicated that one-way traffic is observed and the vendor has been requested to test from the node. No ETA is available
