Evotel is currently experiencing the following issue:

Evotel technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.

Splicing work has been completed, and our technical team is currently conducting final checks to ensure everything is operating correctly. Further communication and updates will be shared as progress is confirmed and testing is finalised.

Evotel teams remain on the ground in the affected area continuing with fibre splicing as restoration work progresses. These repairs are necessary to reconnect and stabilise services for all customers experiencing connectivity issues.

Although steady progress is being achieved, users may still encounter service disruptions while the remaining repair work is being finalized. Next Update: 20:00

Evotel technical team is back on site continuing restoration efforts to the remaining affected clients. Service to Thlabane West has since been restored. We apologise for the inconvenience this has caused & assure all clients that restoring service is our priority. Please note that adverse weather conditions may cause delays.

Evotel team is active on the ground moving from house to house to in an effort to restore service to the remaining affected lines. This process allows the team to individually assess and resolve any outstanding connection issues to ensure a full and stable restoration across the area.
