Evotel is currently experiencing the following issue:

Impact: Customers may experience no connectivity. 

 

Evotel technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment. 

 

Update (10/06/2026 @16:56):

Evotel technical team is currently on site carrying out fibre splicing as part of the repair and restoration process. This critical work is being completed to reconnect the affected fibres and restore services to impacted customers.

Evotel team has made good progress at joint MH12 and is currently tracing the final remaining tube. Once this process has been completed, they will proceed with the fibre splicing work.

Restoration efforts are ongoing and our technicians remain on site working to restore services as quickly as possible.

We appreciate your patience and understanding while these investigations continue. Further updates will be provided as they become available.

Evotel's civils team is still investigating to determine whether the identified damage is the only fault as multiple pilot holes have been discovered along the affected street. In the meantime, the warehouse team is preparing the required materials to support repair efforts.

The team is also floating the new cable and probing the duct using a GRP rod to identify any additional blockages that may be present.

We apologise for the extended downtime. Multiple breaks have impacted the community, causing clients to go offline. Evotel technicians have been working street by street to restore connection, but a number off clients remain offline. Restoration efforts are ongoing, and our team aims to have service restored as soon as possible.

Evotel teams continue to monitor the network and investigate any remaining issues affecting clients who are still offline. Restoring service to all affected customers remains our highest priority.

Network restoration is currently underway, and affected clients are gradually being brought back online as services are restored in batches throughout the day. Evotel teams continue to monitor the network and investigate any remaining issues affecting clients who are still offline. Restoring service to all affected customers remains our highest priority.

Evotel team remains on-site and restoration efforts are progressing. Service has already been restored to many clients within the community, and provisioning is still in progress for the remaining affected connections.
