Octotel is currently experiencing the following issue:

Impact: Customers may experience no connectivity.

Octotel technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.

Update (07/03/2024 @08:10)
Investigations at site have identified the cause of the fibre break to be vandalism. Technicians are currently preparing to begin repairs on the break.

Update (07/03/2024 @07:01):
Following restoration of power at remote site, a fibre break has been identified. Technicians have been dispatched to the suspected point of the break investigate.

Update (06/03/2024 @19:10):
Octotel technicians are on-route to investigate. The still no ETR at the moment.
