Kindly note that the vendor has attended the site and can confirm that they are testing full distance from the client's side. However, services remain down.
This has been further escalated to our engineering team in order to further investigate. Please note that an ETA has been urgently requested and will be shared once it has been confirmed.

Kindly note that open Fibre teams are currently on site and have identified the fault. They are currently sending light in order to further investigate further feedback to be shared

Openfibre teams were required to return to the site around 08:30 due to not receiving access earlier this morning. They are currently on-site investigating. Further updates will be shared once the fault has been confirmed.
