Open Fibre is currently experiencing the following issue:

Impact: Customers may experience no connectivity. 

 

Open Fibre technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.

Open Fibre confirmed that this outage was resolved on 20/08/2025 @ 14:04. Please restart your devices and contact our Support Team should you still experience connection issues.

Kindly please be advised that our backhaul provider will be testing from their node, ETA provided is 13:30
