Open Fibre is currently experiencing the following issue:

Impact: Customers may experience no connectivity. 

 

Open Fibre technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.

Update (06/08/2025 @ 00:41):

We have been informed by the upstream provider’s escalation supervisor on shift that there has been a delay due to a security escort issue. The on-site security experienced a vehicle breakdown, and their control room is in the process of arranging an alternative escort for the technician to proceed with the necessary work.

 

 

Update (05/08/2025 @ 19:25):

 Kindly note that techs are testing from Moreleta, they found a disconnection at 3.659km . More updates to follow.
