Customers connecting to the Kensington node are currently down, We are experiencing some technical difficulties with the backup generator on site.
Our teams are working to resolve the fault with the generator on site however we have dispatched a second team with a replacement generator should it be required.
Unfortunately we are unable to confirm an ETR at this time.

Update : Sun 2022/01/23 18:32  | Power has been restored to the Kensington node with a backup generator and services have been restored. Octotel teams will remain on site to maintain the generator until municipal power is restored.
