Update: 04/07/2025 @ 20:35pm:
- Feedback from WIOCC advises the lower latency express path on Equiano has been pushed out another week, due to the service still being tested.
- Degraded performance over WACS has been resolved, which is being utilized for Johannesburg traffic & latency is back to normal.
- The alternative service is still being utilized for Cape Town traffic, with slightly higher latency until the mentioned express path is in place.

- Degraded service over WACS has surfaced again. Johannesburg Traffic is being routed back onto the Alternative service.
- All Regions will now have better throughput with slightly elevated latency, which is expected to be resolved first week of July.
Update: 24/06/2025 @ 14:00pm
- On 17/06/2025 International traffic was switched over an alternative service due to losses observed over WACS and Equiano, causing degraded service.
- On 23/06/2025 @ 17:00pm, WACS losses were resolved, and is being utilized for Johannesburg traffic.
- Cape town will remain on the new Alternative service with slightly elevated latency, expected to be resolved first week of July.

- Latency has improved to international services, however is still higher than expected. Latency may remain slightly elivated until further updates are provided.

- Traffic has been switched over to alternative paths for the time being. Latency will remain Elevated.
