Octotel is currently experiencing the following issue:

Impact: Customers may experience noconnectivity.

 

Octotel technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.

Octotel confirmed that this outage was resolved on 22/05/2025 23:12. Please restart your devices and contact our Support Team should you still experience connection issues.

We are observing services have restored however technicians continue to work on the fault. Services are at risk until repairs are completed.

No ETR is available at present

Partner provider engineers have identified a fibre break. Technicians are preparing to localize the point of failure.

Partner provider engineers continue to work on restoring services at the Grabouw Node.
