Openfibre is currently experiencing the following issue:

Impact: Customers may experience no connectivity.

 

Openfibre technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.

Open Fibre confirmed that this outage was resolved on 01/12/2025 @10:12. Please restart your devices and contact our Support Team should you still experience connection issues.

Power has been confirmed to the equipment on-site. Open Fibre technicians have been notified to investigate further on-site; further updates to follow 


Update: 30/11/2025 09:05

Upon investigation, the service outage has been traced to a piece of equipment that appears to be powered off at the site.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to restore services. The equipment cabinet is located within the locked offices of the Centre Manager (CM), who has advised the team that they are out of town. As a result, we do not have access to the site at this time.

We are coordinating with the CM and have scheduled a follow-up for tomorrow, 01/12/2025, to gain access, inspect the equipment, and restore service.
