Octotel is currently experiencing the following issue:

 

Start Date & Time: 20/11/2025 @ 15:13

Affected Area/s: George, Kleinbrak, Sedgefield.

Impact: Customers may experience no connectivity.

 

Octotel technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.

 

Update (21/11/2025 @ 06:30):  

Octotel confirmed that this outage was resolved on 21/11/2025 @ 06:30. Please restart your devices and contact our Support Team should you still experience connection issues. 

 

Update (20/11/2025 @ 17:45):

We are observing services have restored at the moment.

Octotel engineers are monitoring for stability.

 

Update (20/11/2025 @ 17:08):

Civils and floating teams have arrived on site and have started repair work.

ETR provided is ~6pm.

 

Update (20/11/2025 @ 16:52):

Octottel technicians have located the source of the break.

Civils and floating teams are en route. No ETA/ETR is available as yet.
