Octotel is currently experiencing the following issue:

Impact: Customers may experience no connectivity. 

 

Octotel technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.

Octotel confirmed that this outage was resolved on 19/06/2026 @17:41. Please restart your devices and contact our Support Team should you still experience connection issues.

 

Update (19/06/2026 @ 16:01):

Octotel engineers have commenced with the fibre resplicing to restore connectivity to those affected customers. ETR for complete restoration: +2 hours. Further updates to follow as our team makes progress

 

Update (19/06/2026 @ 12:27):

Octotel's engineers are still currently on-site, assessing the damage across our fibre infrastructure. Once all the damage is pinpointed, We'll provide an estimated ETR for the full restoration process.
