Octotel is currently experiencing the following issue:

Impact: Customers may experience no connectivity. 

 

Octotel technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.

Octotel confirmed that this outage was resolved on 26/05/2025 @ 18:54. Please restart your devices and contact our Support Team should you still experience connection issues.

 

Update (26/05/2025 @ 15:57):

Octotel Engineers have located the point of the break and have commenced with the fibre repairs to restore connectivity to the affected customers. ETR for complete restoration +-4 Hours . More updates to follow.

 

Update (26/05/2025 @14:49):  

Octotel Engineers are enroute to site to investigate
