Openfibre is currently experiencing the following issue:

Impact: Customers may experience no connectivity. 

 

Openfibre technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment. 

 

Openfibre confirmed that this outage was resolved on 06/05/2026 @ 12:22. Please restart your devices and contact our Support Team should you still experience connection issues. 

 

Update (07/05/2026 @ 10:27):

Please be informed that the maintenance team is currently en route to the site, with an estimated time of arrival of 12:00 p.m. Further updates will be provided once the team has arrived on-site and completed the necessary testing.

 

Update (07/05/2026 @ 03:50):

Investigations are still underway, further updates to follow.
