OpenFibre is currently experiencing the following issue:

Affected Area/s: Garden Walk Mall 

Impact: Customers may experience no connectivity.

 

OpenFibre technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.

 

Update (18/05/2026 @ 14:31): 

OpenFibre has confirmed all the services at Garden Walk Mall have been successfully restored. Please restart your devices and contact our Support Team at 010 593 2665 or support@coolideas.co.za should you still experience connection issues.

Update (18/05/2026 @ 13:24):  

OpenFibre have confirmed that our vendor team is en route to site with an ETA of 14:30. The team was delayed due various infrastructure in the area is that also being affected.
