OpenFibre has confirmed all the services at Garden Walk Mall have been successfully restored. Please restart your devices and contact our Support Team at 010 593 2665 or support@coolideas.co.za should you still experience connection issues.

Openfibre's upstream provider has informed of us of a delay in getting to the site. A new ETA of 12:30 has been provided. They are currently engaged with them on this for a quicker ETA due to the length of time the site has been down. Further updates to follow once
techs are on-site.
