Open Fibre confirmed that this outage was resolved on 16/03/2026 @ 15:17. Please restart your devices and contact our Support Team should you still experience connection issues. 


Update (16/03/2026 @ 15:09):  

Kindly note that after investigation, Open Fibre are noting an issue through their upstream vendor. Open Fibre is currently awaiting its team's investigation and feedback. Further updates to follow.

 

 

Open Fibre technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.
