Following an in-depth analysis and extended diagnostic testing, our engineering team has identified congestion along the active transmission route (link). This issue has been escalated to the upstream backhaul provider for immediate capacity augmentation. We are pleased to inform you that all commercial arrangements have been finalized, and implementation of the required upgrade is currently in progress. While the provider has given an estimated completion time of 3–5 working days, we have formally requested an earlier resolution due to the critical nature of the situation. A revised ETA will be communicated as soon as it is available.
