Open Fibre is currently experiencing the following issue:

Open Fibre technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.

Open Fibre confirmed that this outage was resolved on 13/05/2025 @ 13:51. Please restart your devices and contact our Support Team should you still experience connection issues.

Please be advised that the NetOps engineer is currently onsite at Teraco, where it has been confirmed that the CSW-02 chassis is damaged. A second technician is en route to the site with a replacement chassis. We will provide further updates as the situation progresses.
