We have received an ETA from our upstream provider of 12:00 for technicians to arrive back at the break site to resolve completely. We will push for an ETR once their teams are on-site and provide updates as we receive them.

We have received communications from our upstream provider that services have gone down due to a fibre cable break on their network. They are working to resolve the matter, but have not provided an ETR at this time. We will continue to follow up as a priority and provide further updates once received.
