Cool Ideas is currently experiencing an outage on the WACS undersea cable due to a cable break:

Impact: Customers may experience degraded speeds and increased latency on all international sites and services.

WACS (Segment 4) fibre cut. Update 1 - 28Mar2020 6:00 UTC
On Friday 27 Mar 2020 at 23:28 UTC, WIOCC NOC observed a failure on WACS cable system. Investigations have established a fibre cut 39.0175Km from Highbridge CLS in UK.
There is currently no ETR.
