Octotel is currently experiencing the following issue:

Impact: Customers may experience no connectivity. 

 

Octotel technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment. 

 

Update (19/06/2026 @16:44):  

Octotel confirmed that this outage was resolved on 19/06/2026 @16:44. Please restart your devices and contact our Support Team should you still experience connection issues.

 

Update (19/06/2026 @ 14:18):  

Octotel engineers have commenced with the fibre resplicing to restore connectivity to those affected customers.

ETR for complete restoration: +-2 Hours
