Octotel infrastructure has been damaged by an independent contractor trenching in the area. As a result customers in the roads provided connections are affected.
Octotel Engineers are on site localising the fibre break in order to restore connectivity in the area. Further feedback will be provided once the damage has been assessed to provide an estimated Eta on the repair work that's currently in progress.
