Octotel's special announcement about the maintenance that took place lastnight:

Our Metro circuit provider had planned power maintenance last night at 21:20pm.
Octotel were not informed about this scheduled maintenance and have requested further feedback on why this was done. We have escalated the issue to ensure we do not have a repeat of the situation.
Customers in the Blouberg and Melkbos area experienced a connection drop for 5 minutes which had restored by 21:25pm
