My VOIP phone says I'm out of credit. Why do I have a credit limit and how can I change this?
By default all new VOIP setups are assigned a monthly credit limit (Homes are set to R200 and businesses are set to R2,000.00). These credit limits are in place to protect you from a outrageous VOIP invoice in the unlikely event that your VOIP handset is compromised. We would be happy to raise or lower your monthly credit to fit your needs. To do so please email support@coolideas.co.za from the account holders email address and we will set your new limit as quickly as possible.

If each phone is configured with its own unique extension, our VOIP department will be able to help setup extensions numbers (or feature codes as we call them) to help you transfer calls between extensions).
Can I conference call on my VoIP phone?
Yealink W52/W53: please see the attached guide on this article.
Yealink T21P:
Step 1: Obtain 2 calls:
To conference call you must have 2 calls on the phone. One that you are speaking with and one on hold. Lets say you are already on the phone with the 1st call.
There are 2 ways get the second call:
a) Receive the 2nd call: when you are on the phone with one call and a second caller is calling in, you will see this call on the LCD as well as hear a beep and the phone will give you the option to get the 2nd call. One of the soft keys will say "answer" press this soft key. This will put the other call on hold.
b) Make the 2nd call: You are on the phone with the 1st call. Press the hold button, then press "new Call" then dial the new call and press send.
Step 2: Join the calls.
If you have 2 separate calls on on the phone at one time you can join them. One of the soft keys (buttons below the LCD) will appear with a label of "Conf" You can hit this button to join the calls into a conference call.
If you are on a call and want to call another person to conference in, hit the "conf" button. It is a soft key that is directly under the LCD screen, usually the 3rd one from the left on most Yealink Phones.
How do I physically transfer a call between handsets?
If your system is setup as per the above question to transfer, do the following:
Yealink T21P E2: Whilst on a call click the Transfer button linked to the screen (usually the left most button) > dial the extension number you want to call > click Transfer again.
Yealink W52/W53: Menu > Call Options > Transfer extension Transfer
