Confirming outbound call costs:
(Should you not have your login details, please let us know so that we may provide you with them.)
- Once you are logged in, please kindly do the following:
- Please click on ‘Reports’
- Once the report tab opens, please select ‘View rate plan’
- Please select ‘Outbound call costs by destination number’
- Please enter the number you wish to see the cost for in the text box provided. (remember to add 00 for international numbers)
- In the drop down, you will find the cost of the call per minute.
