Please note this guide is only for customers using Vumatel Reach.
If you're looking to either renew your expired Vumatel Reach Service or you'd like to stack some Vumatel Reach services on top of one another, please follow the following steps:
Open your browser on your phone or computer and navigate to the Coolzone login page.
Click on the “Services Tab” or...
Scroll down and click on the 'go' button to quickly renew your service (if you have multiple Vuma Reach services, please note that this will only renew the first one the system finds). After doing this, skip to step 6.

Select your active Reach Service.
If you're on a computer, navigate to and click on the 'Renew Service' button on the far right of the page. If you're on mobile, navigate to the bottom of the page and expand the 'Actions' Section and click on the 'Renew Service' button.
After renewal, you will be presented with the 'Renewal Payment Pending' page. It is important to note that renewals will not receive an invoice, as this will be issued after payment has been made. Payments can still be made via the Payfast link on this page or via Easypay the easypay reference. If you accidentally click away, you can return to this on the page by viewing the service (on your CoolZone Account).
Once payment has been completed and processed by Vumatel your service will automatically be renewed.
