Openfibre confirmed that this outage was resolved on 25/10/2025 @ 03:10. Please restart your devices and contact our Support Team at 010 593 2665 or support@coolideas.co.za should you still experience connection issues.

This has been further escalated to the backhaul provider for investigation. Openfibre technicians are en route to the site to conduct additional testing; however, no ETA for their arrival has been confirmed yet. Once received, we will inform you accordingly.
Update (24/10/2025 @ 20:23):
Kindly note that Openfibre technicians tested from the node and confirmed that they are testing full distance. They are currently at the site in order to perform loop trances, and further feedback will be shared.
