We are pleased to announce that this promotion's end date has changed from 30 Aug 2022 to 31 Jan 2023.
Cool Ideas has completed all speed adjustments to all 'Aerial' and 'Vumate Village' Vumatel packages (customers who use PPPoE to connect).
Cool Ideas is awaiting further information on the status of Vumatel's speed changes.
Customers will only see the new speeds applied once both Cool Ideas and Vumatel have completed line speed changes.
We are pleased to inform you that we have completed the double up speed upgrades for our Vuma Core GPON services last night. Vuma Core Active Ethernet services have also been upgraded, with the following area masternodes completed thus far:
Parklands
Parklands2
Bryanston
Glenvista
Teraco_Isando1
Teraco_Isando2
Active Ethernet line speed upgrades will be completed in batches, per masternode, over the next few days. We are aiming to have this completed by 17 June 2022.
