An overhead optic fibre cable was damaged 21.56km from Dzanani between Makhado and Louis Trichardt. The Vumatel service provider collected material and is on route to the break site.

Access is unavailable and the private property is extremely unsafe as it is a leopard reserve. Overnight deferral was granted by Regional Management due to access unavailability and unsafe area. Vumatel teams will resume first thing in the morning

An underground optic fibre cable was damaged 21.56km from Dzanani on Makhado towards Louis Trichardt since 2025-11-27 at 19:20. The Vumatel cable technician is being dispatched. Transmission technician is en route, ETA 22:00
