 The first joint has been completed. The service provider is about to begin preparations on the second joint.  

 

Update (15/07/2025 @ 00:40):

 Cable hauling remains in progress, with preparations for the first joint already underway. Splicing is in progress on 1st joint.

 

Update (14/07/2025 @ 22:54):

 Repair still in progress 80% of the cable hauling has been completed. Preparations for the first joint is scheduled to begin at 23:45.

 

Update (14/07/2025 @ 21:23):

 Cable hauling is 40% complete. The next update will be provided at 22:30  

 

 

Update (14/07/2025 @ 20:20):

 The Service Provider is currently preparing to haul in a 600m section of cable to carry out necessary repairs. Work is in progress.

 

Update (14/07/2025 @ 19:15):

 Vendor technicians are currently on-site and working on the necessary repairs. We will provide updates as progress is made  

 

Update (14/07/2025 @ 17:08):

 The vendor located the break caused by a truck. Approximately 600m of cable will be replaced to complete repairs. Next update at 18:00  

 

Update (14/07/2025 @ 15:30):

Vendor technicians have been dispatched to attend to the fault.  

 

Update (14/07/2025 @ 14:24):

Vendor technicians have acknowledged the request and are investigating
