Octotel is currently experiencing the following issue:

 

Start Date & Time: 11/08/2025 15:08

Affected : VOIP - PBX Outbound Calls

Impact: Octotel unable to do outbound calls

 

Octotel  technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.

 

Update (12/08/2025 11:04):

Octotel confirmed that this outage was resolved on 11/08/2025 17:28. Please restart your devices and contact our Support Team should you still experience connection issues.


Update: 11/08/2025 16:23
We are observing VOIP service functionality has returned to normal at the moment.
