Octotel is currently experiencing the following issue:

Impact: Octotel is currently experiencing an outage with our email ticketing system. As a result, responses to support tickets may be delayed.

Octotel technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.

Update (15/10/2025 @ 13:10):

Octotel confirmed that the issue affecting the email ticketing system has been resolved. Normal ticket operations have now been fully restored.
