Octotel core engineers are on site working on resolving the fault, No ETR at present.

Please note Octotel are treating this as a high priority and are working to restore services as soon as possible.

Octotel has confirmed that they are currently experiencing the following outage:

Date: Tue 21/12/2020 @ 13:00
Area/s affected: Western Cape
Impact: Customers on the above Fibre lines in the above areas will experience no connectivity.

Octotel network engineers are working to restore services as soon as possible.

There currently no ETR.
