Impact: Customers may experience no connectivity.
Openfibre technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.

Kindly be advised that the call has been escalated to our executive team who are treating this with the highest priority.
No ETA has been shared from our upstream provider as yet however Executive Team and Open Fibre are committed to resolving this disruption as soon as possible.
Update (17/04/2024 08:18):
Openfibre - The upstream provider informed us that they are having a severe cable break affecting their services in Germiston, Ekurhuleni as a result of civil works and trenching being carried out by private contractors on behalf of the City of Ekurhuleni.
Update (15/04/2024 08:54):
Kindly be advised that the situation has been escalated to our executive team who are treating this with the highest priority. The estimated restoration date for service disruption is expected to be on 17/04/2024. Our Executive Team has not accepted this ETA and are pushing for earlier resolution.
