Openfibre is currently experiencing the following issue:

Impact: Customers may experience no connectivity.
Openfibre technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.

Openfibre teams have found a disconnect at 7.382km and are currently localising the fault

Openfibre's engineering team and upstream provider is currently onsite conducting their investigations, further updates to follow.

Kindly be advised upstream providers engineers have provided a ETR of 17:00, once confirmation is received on services restored Openfibre will advise.

Teams are still onsite effecting repairs and splicing within the buddy boxes.
An ETR has not been provided but we will continue to provide updates as we receive them.

Kindly be advised upstream providers engineers have found multiple cable breaks in the buddy box , teams have started with repairs , once ETA is shared we will advise further.
