Please note we are constantly escalating with the upstream provider to get revised ETA for tonight. Team has shared ETA for tomorrow morning 9:30 due to unavailability of techs. Apologies for the inconvenience this has caused.

Openfibre teams are onsite and drop cable repairs are currently underway, no ETR has been provided as of yet

Please note that the upstream provider civils team has been dispatched and Teams to replace the drop cable , awaiting further ETA

Please note that the upstream provider's ANO has advised arrangement are to be made on replacing the damaged access cable tomorrow morning with drop cable team. Please note the drop cable team is available from 08:00 AM. We will advise on the teams ETA once the drop cable team has been dispatched. Progressive updates will be shared.

Open Fibre has confirmed that the cable running from the client site to the access point has been damaged due to a pole that was knocked over.
