Update : Fri 2021/12/10 08:10 : Both routes (Primary and Secondary) have been restored. If any customers remain offline then please have them reboot the ISP router and Octotel ONT and retest.

Repairs to the secondary link are ongoing.

Technicians have been dispatched to investigate and restored service.
